Especially for someone getting up their in age, Chan is incredible since he does his own stunts. In this film, Chan's girlfriend, played by Michelle Yeoh, does her own stunts, too. She is an excellent martial arts talent in her own right and a pretty lady. By the way, during the closing credits they show some of the stunts that went wrong.
Not all of these are shown for laughs. In a few of them, Chan is injured. The sound was amazing for a VHS. I can only imagine the stereo on the DVD. Overall, a dumb movie with unrealistic fight scenes people just about get killed, but keep getting up for more!
