Backup all SysEx from the 02R v2, just in case Automatic import of SysEx stored in. Imported SysEx is automatically displayed in the appropriate Midi Quest editor. Active Receive - when enabled, any SysEx bulk dump manually transmitted from an instrument is automatically received into the appropriate editor. Autosense automatically configures communication for most MIDI hardware.

Create Logic environment files containing the 02R v2 patch names. Create Cubase , Cubasis , and Nuendo patchscript files with 02R v2 patch names. Create Pro Tools , Performer and Ardour compatible midnam xml files with patch names. Create Logic compatible environment files for bank names. Create Reaper compatible. Create Jammer compatible. Reason: Adding attachment. Yamaha 02R Software version 2. None of my three sets of v. No diagnostics. Since I have the version 2. Has anyone else experienced this with software version 2. Or, has anyone even tried running diagnostics with v. After they did the same, I ordered a THIRD set from another supplier and have experienced the same lack of being able to enter Diagnostic mode.

These are all I presume aftermarket chips, of course. Feedback anyone? Edited, after the fact. Before anyone asks, yes, I did do a full "Factory Reset" which works fine on both sets of EPROMS of the console, though this does not seem to matter at all in my testing since I simply swapped out the v 2.
